One-to-one sessions, courses and information for parents:
"I booked a one-one session with Claire and it was brilliant. I'd been gradually losing confidence (and patience!) in the kitchen with my two fussy eaters and really needed some guidance and support to get through what had become meal time battles. Claire arrived well equipped with lots of really helpful ideas on how to make meal times a happier experience for everyone. With nutritional advice, meal planning tips and quick and simple recipes I've been able to provide healthy meals that the kids love. Sitting down for dinner is now an enjoyable experience and the kids have great fun cooking and planning meals. I highly recommend booking a parent session with Claire as it has made such a difference to our family life" (Erika)
"I thought the course was good. I liked that it was tailored to my son and not generic. Claire provided me with good ideas to encourage Oliver's interest in food." (Anne)
"Claire gave me a ‘Special Cooking Day’ plan to work through with my 5-year-old son, who was very nervous around new foods and refused to try anything outwith his own ‘restricted foods’. The Plan was exceptionally well put together, detailed in a clear and systematic manner. The structure made it appealing and a pleasure to carry out. My son really enjoyed the whole process and every time he tried a new food during the cooking process. I feel I have the confidence to try new foods now after seeing the positive results and will continue to do this ‘Special Cooking Day’ with both my children on a regular basis. I wish I had tried it sooner. Highly recommended!" (Wendy)
"Very informative session, Sam is eating carrots again after not touching them for a year! All common sense but gave me the encouragement to keep going. Last night he ate roast potatoes, turkey, broccoli and peas and both Hubby and myself were so proud." (Joan)
"I think the session was brilliant and your ideas are great." (Jacqueline)
"Thank you for a very informative session this morning. You will be glad to hear that I am currently emailing you whilst Andrew is in his highchair eating his fruit and veg you gave him - he is sitting across from me smiling away." (Jennifer)
"Your newsletters continue to inspire me to try my son with different things. James continues to eat pretty well & I really appreciated your help in developing his eating." (Lorna)
